Shipping policy

We ship everything frozen so it stays safe without preservatives — from our suppliers to your door.

**Where we ship**
We ship frozen to Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Louisiana, and Mississippi. That range is set by how far product can travel by ground and still arrive properly frozen. We’re expanding north — email info@majidfoods.com and we’ll let you know when we reach you.

**When we ship**
Orders ship Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you order after Wednesday, your order goes out the following Tuesday. We use a fixed schedule so nothing sits in a warehouse over a weekend.

**South Florida local delivery**
We deliver on our own refrigerated vehicles. Free local delivery on orders $100 and over (enter your ZIP at checkout to confirm). Delivery days by county:
- Broward: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Palm Beach: Tuesday and Saturday
- Miami-Dade: Thursday and Sunday

**Transit time**
Standard shipping typically takes 2–3 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

**About frozen product**
Ice crystals inside the packaging are normal on frozen product. Deli items (pepperoni, salami, smoked meats) aren’t vacuum-sealed at the source, so they show this more than vacuum-sealed chicken and beef. That isn’t damage and doesn’t affect the meat once cooked. If something looks wrong, contact us with a photo and we’ll make it right.
